Tyler donated more than $5,000 to Boys and Girls Clubs, Feeding America, and Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America.
Tyler Technologies, the national software technology firm engaged by Ascension Parish Government to modernize and integrate the Parish’s computer system, is singing Ascension’s praises in its national publication.
At the recent NACo (National Association of Counties) Conference in Nashville, Tyler chose to recognize all of the municipalities currently using their software. They rewarded those current users with an opportunity to choose one of three designated charities, to which Tyler would donate a percentage of the total cost being paid for software.
Each representative of Ascension Parish who visited the exhibit was able to choose a charity and Tyler would donate funds to that particular cause. Tyler donated more than $5,000 to Boys and Girls Clubs, Feeding America, and Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America.
Ascension Parish was recognized by Tyler as being the second highest contributor in the nation. More than 1,500 US municipalities use Tyler software to address their complex needs.
