Rotarian C. J. Bellina was his own guest speaker, telling the club members to pursue your vision. As he said, being at the right place at the right time worked for him. After purchasing land that was owned by his grandfather, and with some financial assistance from his brother, Bellina had a vision of starting a mobile home park. That vision and dream has provided him a very lucrative income to date. He added RV trailer rentals, which is currently in high demand.
