Preparing for the Comeback
Shopping for back to school can be stressful or not.
Local schools were in the full force of making preparations for their student to return to school.
Giving Back
Emmanuel Baptist Church held a two-night back to school revival. The Rev. James Dorsey, pastor of Second Mt. Olive Baptist Church was the guest speaker. School supplies were distributed to all students in attendance. Free haircuts and wash and style and braids were available to all students who wanted to take advantage of the service. The Rev. Charles R. Brown, Sr. would like to thank everyone for their donations and services rendered.
