Popeye’s of Donaldsonville won a big award for their overall store appearance, customer service, and award winning food.

The store won for being the first store in the market to get all greens in the guest area of the company’s Metric Moving Scorecard which grade the overall operations of the restaurant. It includes14 stores from Baton Rouge to Mobile Ala.

“Winning tells me that the guest think we are doing a good job, which is very important in our business,” said Leynard Bibbins, owner of Popeye’s franchise.

The company came up with this system to let everyone know how they were doing and to help the ones that are not doing well to improve their operations.

We continue to train everyone on good customer service and make sure we are doing a good job each and every time a guest comes into the restaurant, added Bibbins.

“I would like to thank each crew member that makes Donaldsonville Popeye’s good at what they do. I would also like to thank each guest that give us the chance to serve them,” he said.

The crew ventured to Crescent Park last Thursday to show their appreciation to the community with fun times and food.
