The Ascension Catholic Bulldogs took an early 7-0 lead over visiting Hanson Memorial only to see that lead evaporate and eventually lose 30-7.  Hanson took an 8-7 lead at the half and scored 22 unanswered points in the second half.  Sophomore running back Wade Bailey got the Dogs going with an 11 yard touchdown run, Junior Robert Landry added the extra point to make the score 7-0.  The second half saw the Bulldogs squander opportunities to score due to penalties, turnovers and lack of execution. The Dogs were held below 100 yards of total offense, 63 in the air and 27 yards on the ground.  Junior QB Collin Rowland completed 5-12 passes with one interception.  The Bulldogs fumbled the football away three times.

Senior Parris Stewart led the Bulldogs with nine tackles, followed by Senior Kolby Martinez with 7.  Senior Ben Schexnayder had 2 tackles for losses for ACHS.
