Clara Baker turns 100

Clara Baker, a native and life-long resident of Donaldsonville turned 100 years young on September 29, 2010. She was married to Harry Baker, and together they had three children: Wanda, Gloria, and Ronnie. She has six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

Everyone who knows Clara knows that she loves to smile, play cards, and loves to read.

Although bed ridden, she still enjoys dancing and loves to have fun.

In her younger days she was always a stay at home mom, but she did work at the D'ville Nursing Home when it first opened its doors.
