Biltmore Who’s Who selects Alfred Mitchell as an honored member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Alfred Mitchell, Owner and Founder of Trinity Bay Construction and Development, Inc.,has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who’s Who Executive and Professional Registry.  The selection recognizes Alfred Mitchell’s commitment to excellence in Construction.

Mitchell, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern University, began working after graduation in 1987 as a project engineer, learning the know how to provide leadership in construction and commercial projects in both the industrial and petrochemical environments.  He also gained the organizational and personal skills that have since enabled him to lead groups toward both quality improvements and greater productivity in engineering and reliability.

By providing the necessary leadership, Mitchell develops strategic plans that help advance the company’s mission and objectives, promote revenue, profitability and growth.  He also oversees operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, service and the cost-effective management of resources. 

“My expertise in strategic planning and execution has served to rapidly develop my company and propel it forward,” Mitchell explained.  “My technical expertise in engineering, operations and procedures has allowed me to supervise and provide uncompromising quality to our clients.”

Mitchell also noted his knowledge of contracting, negotiation and good business practices both on the job and with his customers as keys to success.

Dedicated to reaching his full potential both personally and professionally, Mitchell knows that he is capable of creating opportunities for himself and giving back to future generations.  With aspirations of taking his company to greater heights by becoming known as a leading construction company in the south, he plans to also mentor and develop the youth in his hometown in Louisiana and elsewhere. 

Mitchell is a current member of Omega Phi Phi Fraternity and volunteers with the organization in his free time.  A father of three children, Alfred also enjoys reading, fishing and playing golf in his free time.
