The new mobile app has several features to help users maintain a healthy lifestyle while on the go:

There’s also a dashboard where users can track their physical activity, food intake, health stats and body measurements. A built-in calendar keeps track of health-related events, such as fun runs or farmers’ markets, across the state.

“The 2 Step app really takes the program to the next level by making it easier than ever for participants to get and stay fit while on the go,” said Director of Community Relations Christy Reeves. “I encourage anyone who is looking for a way to track their healthy lifestyle to download the app and get started today.”

Any iPhone user can find the free 2 Step app in his or her phone’s App Store by searching for “Louisiana2Step.”
