Ducks Unlimited wins most popular dish at convention

Ducks Unlimited Donaldsonville Chapter prepared an entrée dish for the state at the Annual Ducks Unlimited Convention in New Orleans last weekend. The dish was voted the most popular dish by a large margin.

The entrée consisted of fried softshell crab topped with lump crabmeat, grilled tilapia topped with crawfish topping and a potato wedge shaped as a duck’s head and surrounded by garnish.

The committee members who helped prepare the dish from Donaldsonville were
