Robert Wilson, Jr. Posthumously Recognized At Parish Council Meeting

Ascension Parish President Tommy Martinez honored the late Robert Wilson, Jr. during the Aug. 15 parish council meeting in Gonzales for his achievements and community service. Wilson, a retired bus driver for the Ascension Parish School System, was also a licensed barber who served his community as one of the first black barbers in the parish.
