R.J. Daigle and Son's Contractor's, Inc. again has passed out fliers to businesses and residents along Railroad Avenue stating when the Capital Improvements Roads Program will begin in that area. In the letter, construction is stated to begin on daily on Sept. 11 though Sept. 25 during the hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. However there will be "no work performed on Sept. 20."

Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles will be limited to 20 minutes.

The improvements included therein will include cold planing of existing asphalt and installation of new asphalt that will require closure of all parallel parking along Railroad Avenue in the areas being worked each day. These areas will be marked by orange cones and signs.

"Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause," Tate Acosta said, Senior Project Manager for R.J. Daigle and Son's.
