Gros named to Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Top Lawyer in state

Attorney Marvin Gros has been named to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has also been named to the Top Lawyers in Louisiana in Highest Ethical Standards and Professional Excellence for 2013.

“I’ve been practicing for almost 25 years and these plaques are here because my clients are good enough to allow me to represent them and in the twilight of my career,” Gros said, who’s office is located on Railroad Avenue in Donaldsonville. “It means a lot to me that my past achievements are now coming forth to the extent that my clients have said I have done a good job for them.”

Gros is also a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, American Bar Association, 23rd Judicial Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association.

He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana Courts and the Eastern, Middle and Western United States District Courts, United Stated Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Gros said of all his accomplishments, the one that means most to him is being named a Top Lawyer in the state in Highest Ethical Standards and Professional Excellence.

“Because I try to keep that in mind all the time and in all I do.”

The Millions Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. Fewer than one percent of U.S. lawyers are members.

Gros is a graduate of Southern University Law School. His practice emphasizes personal injury auto accidents with a specialty of 18-wheeler accidents.
