Joseph speaks to Rotary

Ascension Parish Councilman Oliver Joseph spoke to the Donaldsonville Rotary Club on June 26 and informed the club about the council’s decision to put a recreation vote on the Nov. 4 ballot to better Ascension Parish Recreation and Parks. Joseph said he is in favor of the decision and hopes to see the citizens vote in favor of the bettering of the parks.
