Belle Rose Primary students honored for good behavior

Last Tuesday was a special day for the students at Belle Rose Primary School who received no office referrals for the entire first nine weeks.  These students received no U’s on conduct since the first day at school.  They had a Dress Down Day on Friday, October 17. Then on Tuesday, October 21, they received a surprise treat bag and an extra recess at the end of the day.  There were 146 students from Kindergarten to 4th grade receiving the snack bags.  They ate their snacks during an extra recess at 3:15.  The students were very excited and enjoyed their snacks on the playground together.   They were also very well behaved while eating their snacks and they made sure all their trash was thrown into the trash cans.  Mrs. Angela Gregoire, the principal, and Mrs. Iris Breaux, the assistant principal, are very proud of them.  They hope that this will inspire other students to make positive choices every day of the school year.
