Donaldsonville High School senior class of 2015 wanted to bring some life to the Tigers and leave behind something good at the same time. So on Feb. 5 the class hosted the school’s first “Tiger Talent Show.”

The senior class brought in different talents such as singing, dancing and sign language all to one stage in front of a three-panel judging table to display some of the area’s best talents.

At the end of the night however, a Donaldsonville native but Ascension Catholic student won the first “Tiger Talent Show.” Tamiko Stroud sang Sam Smith’s “Stay With You,” to take home the first place prize, while DHS’ trio of freshmen Jason Etienne, Miguel Miles and Jaylon Williams nabbed second place with a dance performance to an area song entitled, “Cut up.” Terralicia Mercadel won third place with a dance to Beyonce’s “711.”
