Kip Holden speaks to Rotary

Baton Rouge Mayor Kip Holden spoke to the Donaldsonville Rotary Club at its luncheon last week at Café Lafourche. Holden talked to the club about flood prevention plans he learned from experiencing effects of Hurricane Katrina almost 10 years ago, and he also talked about the traffic issues that the metro area faces.
