After tornadoes ripped through various parts of the country, including Convent and Paincourtville, many people rushed to the aid of storm victims, even employees of Security Plan Life Insurance Company.

Several of Security Plan’s customers were devastated by the Feb. 23 tornadoes, so employees took it upon themselves to make donations and distribute goods and necessities to their customers most affected by the tornado.

The company, which also sells wind and fire insurance policies, has already processed several claims and delivered checks to customers, in addition to the donations provided by the employees.
