Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office awarded $250 in K9 competition

The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office received honorable mention and $250 in a K9 program competition.

In October, votes were placed in the 2021 Aftermath K9 Grant competition. Hundreds of agencies applied, according to the Sheriff's Office.

"Our sweet girls Brenda and Kira truly appreciate your support!" an APSO spokesperson stated in a social media post.
