Ozile Mabile Ourso Landry, a native of Pierre Part and resident of Donaldsonville was entrusted into God's loving care Friday, Aug. 1, 2008 at 2:15 p.m. in Donaldsonville. She was 88 and a retired homemaker. Visitation at Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville Aug. 3 from 6 - 9 p.m. and Aug. 4 from 8 - 9:45 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Donaldsonville at 10 a.m. conducted by Rev. Phil Spano. Interment in the church cemetery. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Virgie and George Regira of Donaldsonville; five sons and their spouses, Adam L. and Ann Ourso of Houston, Landry and Marilyn Ourso, George Ourso of Donaldsonville, Curtis and Vickie Ourso of Harrison, Ark. and Jimmy and Rachael Ourso of Donaldsonville; one sister, Priscilla Rodrigue of Donaldsonville, one brother, Hayward Guillot of Donaldsonville; 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by first husband, Adam L. Ourso; second husband, N.J. Landry; one grandson, Larry Ourso Jr.; five sisters, Laura Rodrigue, Leona Breaux, Judy Landry, Maude Rodrigue, Levie Blanchard; two brothers, Wallace Mabile and Pierre Mabile and parents Philip and Clara Landry Mabile. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
