Things we have learned from this wonderful man.

Age is a state of mind-Live life to the fullest. You’re never too old for anything.

Love your family with all of your heart.

Show your love to your grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They will remember yo through their parents.

Take care of your parents.

You really can find true love more than once in your life.

It’s never too late to continue your education.

Retire early; there is so much to do in life.

Take vacations and travel because there is so much to see and it’s rejuvenating.

You don’t need a lot of money to have fun and don’t make money your goal, you’ll never meet someone who has enough.

Count your blessings and share what you have with those less fortunate than you.

Always look your best.

Take care of the little guys!

Give of yourself and volunteer and help others, it makes everyone feel good.

Good clean country air is better than anything.

Believe in the hope of snow-baking bread helps when it’s coming down.

Breakfast without toast with butter and jelly is like a gun without ammo.

If you burn sausage on the grill, it still tastes good.

Never be afraid to make a fool of yourself, it can be fun.

Treat everyone as if you’ve known him or her and you’ll never meet a stranger.

Even if you fall through the ceiling in your future father-in-laws home, if you treat his daughter well he will love you forever.

Take care of your car.

Enjoy good music and don’t forget to dance.

Find something to laugh about every day.

Have faith; God will lead you through the worst of times.

Don’t take life too seriously you’ll never get out of it alive.

We’ll miss you greatly but the lessons you have taught us will live on until we meet again.
