The Donaldsonville High Tigers traveled a mere three-hour drive to Jonesville last Friday night to take on the Bears of Block for their homecoming game. The tigers started off as champions, and indeed finished that way with a final score of 56-0.

Quarterback Devon Breaux has thrown for 1,475 yards this season and he entered last week as the state’s leader in passing offense before throwing for 305 in last week’s game.

Donaldsonville now improves its record to 2-3 and will face their biggest challenge this week against St. Charles Catholic Comets. The Comets go into this game with a 5-0 record.
